“Urby invites you to Women’s Works Pop-Up Market on Saturday, March 30 from 10AM – 2PM at Harrison Urby’s café. 

 We’re celebrating International Women’s Month with a market featuring women-owned and operated local businesses while you sip and snack to feel good jams by Miki + Radha Agrawal, founders of Daybreaker, Thinx, and Tushy. We’ll have live coffee cup art by award winning professional doodler, Pinky Weber and yummy snacks catered by M&G Food Stuff.

Selling at the Hoboken Girl Holiday Market! Entry fee is $10 (you get a complimentary glass of Chandon) and portions of proceeds go to charity.

Using primarily watercolors and cut paper, participants will learn how to create beautiful illustrated greeting cards, just in time for the holidays! The instructor, Katie of Katie Pea Studio, will provide pre-templated designs, but participants are welcome to come up with their own ideas. You will go home with 5-6 handmade cards to give to your loved ones. No experience required!

Brush lettering is a wonderful skill to have, whether you use it to enhance your business or practice it as a relaxing hobby. This class will teach you the basic techniques for contemporary brush lettering and the steps to finding your own style. It is perfect for both beginners and those who have started their own practice but would like to expand their skills.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of watercolor painting from color mixing, to brush strokes, to various tips & tricks that make the watercolor medium unique. This class is taught by Katie of Katie Pea Studio and will give you the basic skills you need to continue to grow in confidence and develop your own painting style. You will go home with a final painted piece as well as the supplies to continue your painting practice. No experience required!
